Route 123 is a southwest-northeast state highway in Massachusetts that runs from the Massachusetts-Rhode Island state line in Attleboro northeastward to Scituate. Along its route, Route 123 passes through the following towns:
- Attleboro
- Norton
- Easton (partially combined with Route 106)
- Brockton (partially combined with Route 27)
- Abington
- Rockland (partially combined with Route 139)
- Hanover
- Norwell
- Scituate
Route 123 crosses the following U.S. Highways:
- U.S. Route 1 in Attleboro
Route 123 crosses the following Interstate highways:
- Interstate 95 in Attleboro
- Interstate 495 in Norton
Route 123 also crosses Route 3 in Hanover but there is no interchange; however, access between the two highways is available via Exit 13 (Route 53).
