Route 139 is a west-east state highway in southeastern Massachusetts.

From Stoughton, Route 139 runs east through the following cities/towns:
- Randolph (partially combined with Route 28)
- Holbrook
- Weymouth (for 0.25 mile)
- Abington
- Rockland (partially combined with Route 123)
- Hanover (partially combined with Route 53)
- Pembroke (partially combined with Route 53)
- Marshfield (partially combined with Route 3A)
- Duxbury
The easternmost point of Route 139 is in the Brant Rock section of Marshfield, just north of the esplanade. Then the highway heads west, while still signed east, for the last 4.5 miles, ending at Route 14 in Duxbury.
