Maple Creek No. 111 is a rural municipality of 1,167 rural residents (2006 census) in the southwestern part of Saskatchewan, Canada. The main economic industry is ranching. The RM was incorporated December 10, 1917.[1] Other urban municipalities in the area include Kincorth, Maple Creek, Hatton, and Fort Walsh. [2]
A rural municipality is an administrative district consisting of an elected reeve, councillors, administrator who provide essential services within their area.
