Gravelbourg No. 104 is a rural municipality (RM) of 329 rural residents (2006 census) in the southwestern part of Saskatchewan, Canada. The RM was incorporated December 9, 1912.[1] Whereas, the Local Improvement District, the precursor to an RM was established in 1908. Other urban municipalities in the area include Bateman, and Gravelbourg . Wood River and Notukeu Creek are two natural features in this area.[2] A lake resort of Gaumond Bay is near Thomson Lake Regional Park.[3]
A rural municipality is an administrative district consisting of an elected reeve, councillors, administrator who provide essential services within their area.
