Kirk Yeaman, born September 15, 1983 is a rugby league player currently playing for his hometown club Hull FC.
[edit] Career
Kirk is a promising young player who has come through the ranks at Hull FC. He is one of the most solid defenders in the game and has been likened to Keith Senior, Jamie Lyon and Martin Gleeson. Kirk is also a proven try scorer with 17 tries at the end of the 2005 season and an impressive tally in 2006 taking him over the 20 try mark.
Due to his superb season at Hull, despite some injuries, he was called up to the Tri Nations in Australia, playing in two matches.
Despite not repeating his form from the previous season, Kirk signed a three year contract extension with Hull FC[1], and he will now remain with the club until the end of the 2010 season.
