Garreth Carvell is a rugby league player who plays for the Hull FC. His position is prop-forward and he has enjoyed a run of superb form during recent seasons, steamrollering defences with his barnstorming runs.

International Career

Carvell is a Welsh and current Great Britain international.

"Pebbles"

Phil Gould in his newspaper column referred to him as "Gareth Gravel". As a consequence he was nicknamed "pebbles".

Carvell played in the 2000 Rugby League World Cup, 2006 Super League Grand Final, 2005 Challenge Cup Final.
