Graeme Horne (born 22nd March, 1985 in Kingston upon Hull) is a professional rugby league player with Hull FC. His preferred position is loose forward.
Horne has been playing for Hull since he was 17 years old. He has also played for England and Scotland. He is the younger brother of Great Britain international Richard Horne.
