Jazztel is a telecom that operates in Spain offering triple play services (telephone, Internet and television). The company was featured in an April 2007 article in Spain's El País national paper, which - among other things - drew attention to Jazztel's appalling record of customer complaints (29 times the rate for Telefonica - Spain's telecom giant) lodged with the Oficina de Atención al Usuario de Telecomunicaciones - the country's telecommunications watchdog body (see article).
Jazztel's auditor is Deloitte SL.
