Hong Kong national under-23 football team (also known as Hong Kong Under-23, Hong Kong U-23 or Hong Kong Olympic Team) represents Hong Kong in international football competitions in Olympic Games , Asian Games and East Asian Games, as well as any other under-23 international football tournaments. It is controlled by the Hong Kong Football Association.

Since 1992 Olympics football changed to U-23 event.
1992: Did not qualify. Finished 2nd of 4 in qualification group (first round).
1996: Did not qualify. Finished 3rd of 3 in qualification group (first round).
2000: Did not qualify. Finished 2nd of 5 in qualification group (first round).
2004: Did not qualify. Eliminated in second round of qualification
2008: Did not qualify. Finished 4th of 4 in qualification group (second round).
