Hăghig (Romanian: Hăghig; Hungarian: Hídvég) is a commune in Covasna County, Romania comprising of 2 villages:
- Hăghig/Hídvég
- Iarăş/Nyáraspatak

The commune has an ethnically mixed population. According to the 2002 Census it has a population of 2,223 of which 39.18% or 871 are Romanians, 31.08% or 691 are Székely Hungarians and 29.51% or 656 are Roma.
