Târgu Secuiesc or Kézdivásárhely (Romanian: Târgu Secuiesc; Hungarian: Kézdivásárhely; German: Szekler Neumarkt; Latin: Neoforum Siculorum) is a city in Covasna county, Romania.
- The village of Lunga is also administratively part of the municipality.

It was first mentioned in 1407 as "Torjawasara". The words "târg" in Romanian and "vásárhely" in Hungarian mean market, showing that during the Middle Ages, Târgu Secuiesc used to be a market town.

According to the 2002 Census the town had a population of 20,488, of which 18,653 (91.04%) were Székely Hungarians. The historical demographic evolution is as follows:

Despite its relatively small size the town has a few notable high-schools: Nagy Mózes, Bod Péter, Apor Péter and Gábor Aron, all bearing the names of important Székely historical personalities. Because of this, Targu Secuiesc is considered the educational centre of the north-eastern part of the county.
