Micfalău or Mikóújfalu (Romanian: Micfalău; Hungarian: Mikóújfalu) is a commune in Covasna County, Romania. It became an independent commune when it split from Malnaş (Málnás) in 2004. The commune has an absolute Székely Hungarian majority. For demographics see Malnaş.
