Fremont Township covers an area of 35.73 square miles (92.54 square kilometers); of this, 1.02 square miles (2.65 square kilometers) or 2.86 percent is water. Lakes in this township include Countryside Lake, Davis Lake, Diamond Lake, Lake Fairfield and Schreiber Lake.
