Eastleigh is a local government district and borough in Hampshire, England, bordering Southampton. Its main town is Eastleigh. Other places include Bishopstoke, Hamble-le-Rice, Hedge End, Chandler's Ford, Fair Oak, Horton Heath and West End.

The River Hamble forms the eastern border of the district with Fareham.

The current borough was formed on 1 April 1974 under the Local Government Act 1972, by the merger of the old borough of Eastleigh with part of Winchester Rural District.
