"Drug Ballad" is a song by Detroit rapper Eminem from the album The Marshall Mathers LP. It was released as an airplay single in 2001 but not released as a mainstream single. It peaked reaching at #71 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks.

While the song is about Eminem's known drug use there is an edited version of the track which removes all references to drugs. So the edited title is shortened to just "Ballad".

It is the 13th track on The Marshall Mathers LP and, similar to The Slim Shady LP's 13th track, "Cum On Everybody", R&B singer Dina Rae is featured. It is unknown whether or not this was done purposefully or was coincidental.
