"Dead Wrong" is a song by The Notorious B.I.G. from his third album Born Again. It features popular rapper Eminem and was released as a single posthumously in 1999. When released commercially most of the lyrics were censored and many fans questioned why this song was released as a single. It is a remix of the original produced by Easy Mo Bee. The original version was released on Mister Cee's Best of Biggie 10th Anniversary Mixtape, and has Biggie rapping an alternate 2nd verse without Eminem.
The first verse from Biggie involves him battle-rapping about what he will do to an (unseen) opponent's mother and family.
The last two verses depict acts of violent imagery from both B.I.G. and Em, such as: "I'm shooting babies/ no ifs, ands, or maybes."
"There's several different levels to Devil worshippin'/horse's heads/human sacrifices/canibalism/candles and exorcism/animals havin sex with 'em/camels mammals and rabbits/But I don't get into that/I kicked the habit/I just beat you to death with weapons that eat through the flesh/And I never eat you unless the fuckin' meat looks fresh". (Eminem)
The song is so violent that two lines were cut from the end of B.I.G.'s second verse. They were: "I'm hard, Jehovah said I'm barred from the pearly gates/Fuck him, I didn't wanna go to heaven anyway."
