Ceppo Morelli is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 km northeast of Turin and about 35 km west of Verbania, on the border with Switzerland. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 384 and an area of 40.0 km².[1]

Ceppo Morelli borders the following municipalities: Antrona Schieranco, Bannio Anzino, Carcoforo, Macugnaga, Saas Almagell (Switzerland), Vanzone con San Carlo.
