Bronnitsy

Bronnitsy (Russian: Бро́нницы) is a town in Moscow Oblast, Russia, located on the Moskva River 57 km southeast of Moscow. Population: 18,232 (2002 Census); 11,900 (1967).
Bronnitsy is known to have been existing since 1453 under the name of Bronichi. It was granted town status in 1781.
