Aviastar-TU Co. Ltd. (Russian: ООО «Авиакомпания «Авиастар-ТУ») is a charter airline based in Moscow, Russia. It is the Transport section of the Ulyanovsk production factory and operates passenger and cargo charter flights. Its main base is Ramenskoye Airport.
