JSC Aviaenergo (Russian: ОАО «Авиакомпания «Авиаэнерго») is a charter airline with headquarters in Moscow, Russia. It was established on 31 December 1992 and operates charter flights within Europe, the CIS and other countries. It is wholly owned by RAO UES of Russia, although UES, as part of its restructuring effort, has placed Avianergo on the market.[1] Its main base is Vnukovo International Airport, Moscow, and also operates from Sheremetyevo International Airport.[2].
