AS Trikala 2000 BC (in Greek: Athlitikos Syllogos Trikala 2000 BC), is a Greek professional basketball club that is located in Trikala, Greece. The club was founded in the year 1999. Trikala currently competes in the Greek League.

The Athletic Association of Trikala 2000 was founded on September 13, 1999. In 2002, Trikala BC won promotion to the Greek basketball B league. In 2006, Trikala BC won promotion to the A2 Ethniki. In 2008, Trikala was promoted to the Greek A1 League after winning the A2 during the 2007-08 season. The club tied Makedonikos' A2 league record for most wins in a season with 24.
