Ar Rayyan (Arabic: الريان) is a city and municipality of Qatar. Rayyan is also an Arabic unisex name. The football (soccer) team Al-Rayyan Sports Club is based here.
Ar Rayyan is the only landlocked municipality of Qatar. It borders the following municipalities:
- Umm Salal - northeast
- Ad Dawhah - east
- Al Wakrah - southeast
- Jariyan al Batnah - southwest
- Al Jumaliyah - northwest
