2007 European Athletics Indoor Championships

The 29th European Indoor Championships in Athletics were held in the National Indoor Arena (NIA) in Birmingham, England, from Friday, 2 March to Sunday, 4 March 2007. Birmingham also held the 2003 IAAF World Indoor Championships.

Germany were originally awarded the gold medal, however, on an appeal by the Russian Team, were disqualified for pushing meaning the gold medal went to Great Britain & NI.[1]
