- November 2, 1974: Hank Aaron was traded by the Atlanta Braves to the Milwaukee Brewers for a player to be named later and Dave May. The Milwaukee Brewers sent Roger Alexander (minors) (December 2, 1974) to the Atlanta Braves to complete the trade.
