The 1969 VFL Grand Final took place on September 27, 1969 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground between VFL clubs Carlton and Richmond. The game was attended by a crowd of 119,165 people.

Richmond won the Grand Final by 25 points to give them their seventh premiership. They had only qualified for the finals on percentage and were underdogs coming into the game with Carlton being the reigning premiers.
