The United States Air Force's 154th Wing is a unit located at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii.

- Fighter: To provide fighter coverage for the island of Hawaii and surrounding areas.
- Air Refueling: To provide aircraft which can refuel planes enroute to various locations around the Pacific Ocean.
- Airlift: To provide support and planes which will help transfer cargo during peacetime, wartime, and times of emergency.
