[edit] Closing down

Does anyone remember when Wonderland closed down the owners used every excuse in the book from SARS to terrorism to insurance for the closure??? Doesnt it seem a little funny that the site is now at the junction of two motorways and being redeveloped as commercial land Soundabuser 09:38, 4 June 2006 (UTC)

Funny as in twisted, not haha. I find it really disappointing that no value was seen in the place by the owners except of course the monetary value the land offered. It has to be said the place didn't do too well in its lasted couple of years of operation. However, nothing was done to give the park a boost since the new owners took over, so it would seem they had little intention to keep the place going from the get go. I think its sad.
