Hello there and welcome to my userpage! I tend to be fairly erratic in terms of my editing style, randomly appearing and disappearing from time to time. You can always get hold of me on my talk page as I do check it regularly. Like most people here, I suffer from an inability to manage my time efficiently which tends to manifest itself either through times when I edit (procrastination) or times when I don't (deadlines)!

[edit] Roller coasters
An interest which I've grown up with, having gone from being an enthusiast to working in the industry. I'm particularly interested in the engineering aspects such as planning, stress analysis, construction and upkeep. As for riding, I wouldn't say that I'm any different from most people, my interest is mainly from a technical point of view.

I regularly run half marathons, having taken part in the Reading Half Marathon, Bristol Half Marathon, Great West Run, Great North Run and countless 10 mile and 10k runs. I intend to do the London Marathon in a couple of years. Formerly, I used to play Lacrosse but had to stop due to an injury and never really got back into it.
I'm a fan of Formula One, which I have followed for a few years. Hopefully I'll one day sort out going to see a race at Silverstone.

I have an extremely diverse taste in music, covering genres such as breakcore, dirty house, ska, classical, folk rock, acoustic and funk. As for particular bands or musicians, I particularly like The Flashbulb, Goldfrapp, Goodshirt, Mason, The Wannadies and Parliament.

Mostly watch reality shows such as The Apprentice and Big Brother USA. I also watch a lot of documentaries, especially those focussing on engineering, architecture and technology. In an ideal world I wish How It's Made was repeated all day long as I think it's got to be one of the most informative shows out there!

I am currently a radio producer and cover for radio presenters when they are sick or on holiday. This entails creating audio beds, show planning, interactive media such as email and text messaging as well as overseeing the audio and legal output.
