This is probably too trivial for an encyclopedia entry, but it's a little odd that the City of Winnipeg is no-where near the Winnipeg River - at least I think it's odd. --Wtshymanski 13:28, 12 May 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Falls name

Is the Point du Bois site really called "Eight Foot Falls" ? It's got a lot more than eight feet of head - I've been in the wheel pit there! --Wtshymanski 00:09, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
