[edit] Based on Wikipedia:WikiProject_Video_games/Assessment page
I copied the code from that page to act as the base for this assessment page. This needs a lot of work. There are links to project pages that do not exist, and most importantly the assessment process is not fully developed for this project.--Imaginationac 03:49, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
Ah, I see. Also, we will need to update the {{WikiProject Universities}} template for assessment functionality. I will try to do this when I have time.(however, I am no template expert) We then may want to add it to the assessment script, User talk:Outriggr/metadatatest.js to assist people in rapid assessment and tagging of articles. [edit] FA University Articles
Are there any FA-class university articles? --NThurston 13:30, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
- Duke, Cornell, Michigan, Michigan State. I think that's it.--Wizardman 17:25, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
- Now Texas A&M :-) Oldag07 03:03, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Updated Assessment Page
I have updated the assessment page based upon the Pittsburgh assessment page. PadreNuestro 06:20, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Examples
Could someone updated the examples of different class articles so that they are university articles rather than unrelated articles? Make sure to include the oldid. Thanks! -- Noetic Sage 20:47, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
- Done. I picked some mostly at random; if anyone has objections, feel free to change them to something else. Esrever 21:50, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

- So here's a funny thought. The {{grading scheme}} template allows you to expand the class breakdowns to include Template-, List-, NA-, etc., which don't normally show up. However, rather than pointing to, say, Category:Template-Class Universities articles, it points to Category:Template-Class Universities pages. "Okay, no problem," I think to myself, "I'll just bebop over to Template:WikiProject Universities and have it recategorize those articles into the updated links. Unfortunately, despite telling it (I think) to point anything tagged as "Template" or "template" class into Category:Template-Class Universities pages, it still categorizes some in the old category. The thing they all have in common is that they're tagged as "class=template" rather than "class=Template". Is there a way to fix this without having to re-tag every page? Any idea why articles tagged either "class=List" or "class=list" wind up in the List-Class Universities articles category? Esrever 22:26, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

- Never mind. Now it's just "class=list" showing up in the wrong places. Esrever 22:27, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

- Double never mind. Everything seems to have sorted itself out now. Esrever 19:42, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Requesting an assessment or re-assessment
If you have made significant changes to an article and would like an outside opinion on a new rating for it, please feel free to list it below. If you are interested in more extensive comments on an article, please request a peer review instead.
- I would like to request for re-assessment of Florida State University from (GA) to (A) article status, alot of work has been done to the page, any sugestions would be helpful. thank you--Nolephin (talk) 20:30, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
- University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (currently GA-class, looks like it may meet A-class criteria) Hippo (talk) 16:24, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
- McGill University is a well written article that is following all standards of MOS, and has gone through a large amount of editing. Unfortunately it hasn't gone through I copyedit as the editor I asked is quite busy and so I'll ask another person to do that. However two peer reviews had enough suggestions to revamp the article. It is currently GA and I myself have made a lot of edits, third highest was the last time I checked. Help to improve it further would be wonderful. Thank you, --Sunsetsunrise (talk) 20:48, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
