Comment Article created by User:Bahay-saliksikan ng Bulacan, which is an account created purely for this very article. Although the account has edited the Bulacan State University-related articles, the user name is also quite inappropriate. - Jameson L. Tai ^{talk ♦ contribs} 04:22, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

Delete found no reliable sources over the net. Universities are notable but the individual institutions that comprise it might not be notable.--Lenticel ^(talk) 05:25, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
