The project aims primarily to:
- Organize all The Legend of Zelda related articles through the usage of templates, categories, and stubs.
- Improve on The Legend of Zelda related articles to featured article status (or at the very least to good article status.)
- Create new articles and expand existing ones relating to The Legend of Zelda series. For a complete article index, see Wikipedia:WikiProject The Legend of Zelda series/index.
- Maintain the portal.
