If you wish to use an infobox, consider Template:Infobox Figure skater, which works well for many skaters--see Sarah Hughes and Shizuka Arakawa for examples.

Articles on skaters with long careers or other irregularities may require something else (see Michelle Kwan). Feel free to experiment or add to the templates as necessary.
