Welcome to WikiProject Azerbaijan, a WikProject set up to better organize, cooperate and present information in all articles related to Azerbaijan and Azeris. We hope that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians to improve all Azeri-related articles in order to make Wikipedia an primary resource for Azerbaijan-related information for all who visit.

This WikiProject was formed by Azerbaijani Wikipedians on 18 March 2006 to improve coverage of Azerbaijan related topics and coordinate efforts of interested users for creation and improvement of articles on Azerbaijan and it's people.

WikiProject Azerbaijan was created to help those interested in improving all of the Azerbaijan-related articles on Wikipedia to find a particular area in which they are interested in working. Our goals are as following:

Participation in WikiProject Azerbaijan is not limited to anyone, it's open to all users who want to contribute to Azerbaijan related articles.
