The What's Love? Tour was a full North American concert tour in support of Tina Turner's 1993 release of her soundtrack album to her biographical film What's Love Got To Do With It? Basically, the tour is the "Foreign Affair Tour" with revised staging, set list and dancers. Tina decided to do an arena-only tour with crowds less than 25,000 after the world wide enormous Foreign Affair World Tour with crowds of up to 100,000. Tina insisted upon a smaller gig that was closer to the audience.
