Voro (footballer)

Salvador González Marco (born 9 October 1963), nicknamed Voro, is a former Spanish footballer and current manager of Valencia CF.
During his club career he played for Valencia CF B (1983-1984), CD Tenerife (1984-1985), Valencia CF (1985-1993), Deportivo de La Coruña (1993-1996) and CD Logroñés (1996-1999). He earned 9 caps for the Spain national football team from 1993 to 1995, and was part of Spain's squad in the 1994 FIFA World Cup.
On April 21, 2008 he became manager of Valencia CF, following the sacking of Ronald Koeman. In summer 2008 he was replaced as manager by Unai Emery.
