1. There is no free visual portrayal of a volunteer fighting disease (characters created by Lemony Snicket) in existence. Any created version would not fulfill the encyclopedic use of this image, as it would not further anyone's understanding of the characters in question.
2. The use of this image does not decrease the opportunity for sale of the book from which it comes (The Hostile Hospital) since 1) the book is not about the Volunteers, and 2) the image does not reveal any consequential knowledge as to the book's contents.
3. The use of this image contributes significantly to the article, since it deals directly with the organization portrayed by the character in the image.
