Viktor Prokopenko (Ukrainian: Віктор Прокопенко) (24 October 1944 – 18 August 2007) was a Ukrainian football (soccer) player and coach. He was born in Zhdanov, Soviet Union, which is now known as Mariupol and is part of Ukraine.^[1]

Prokopenko also authored Flexibility, Strength, Endurance, a popular book on stretching. He died in Odessa, aged 62.
