I'm native Ukrainian of Jewish/Ukrainian decent. I was born in city of Brody, Lviv oblast. When I was younger I used to live in Ulyanovsk. I also lived for about 12 years in Ivano-Frankivsk. Today I live in Kissimmee, Florida. All my parents, grandparents and grand-grandparents are from Ukraine. My mother roots are from the northern Ternopil oblast and the eastern Lviv oblast; my father's the northern Mykolaiv oblast, Kirovohrad oblast. I'm baptized as the Eastern Orthodox.
I'm a soccer die-hard fan. My favorite soccer club -- Prykarpattya Ivano-Frankivsk. I also love Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk and still feel that the second championship was supposed to be awarded to that club.
My grandparents used to live right next to the synagogue (Bohdan Khmelnytskiy Memorial Plaza), which never was restored since the Soviet liberation of the German occupation.
