A tag has been placed on 中電, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

[edit] Foreign language articles
Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia. A few of the articles that you have recently created were not in English. Since this is an English language wiki, foreign language articles are disallowed and deleted.
