[edit] B-Class rating/advice

You rated the Bothell, Washington article as Start-Class a while back. I live in Bothell and have made quite a few edits over the years. I added references for the history section (actually four references to the same article) as you suggested in the comments. You also ask about notable people in the history section, but aside from the connection to Bothell the people mentioned are not notable.

Is there anything else I can do to improve this article to at least B-Class? To my eye, it already looks much more like the B-Class example article than the Start-Class one.
