Victoria Park Village is a neighbourhood in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada bounded on the west by the Don Valley Parkway, on the north by Lawrence Avenue, on the east by Victoria Park Avenue, and on the south by Sunrise Avenue. It has a population diverse in ancestral backgrounds with a larger proportion of south Asians than most of the city.
The neighbourhood has many high- and low-rise buildings, which provides affordable living and are generally located on the edges of the neighbourhoods, with bungalows and single detached homes elsewhere. Some of the homes that border the Don Valley River have stunning views over the valley. The housing prices are relatively low in this neighbourhood, by Toronto standards.
