Uwe Daßler (born February 11, 1967 in Ebersbach, Saxony) is a former middle- and long-distance freestyle swimmer from Germany, who won three medals for the GDR at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. He was European champion in the 400m Freestyle in 1985 and 1987.
