The term Twin Towers refers to two tall structures with nearly identical characteristics and similar height.

A number of complexes that consist of two tall structures, including:
- Canada
- Bankers Hall in Calgary, standing at 197 metres, tallest twin buildings in Canada.
- Dome Tower and Home Oil Tower in Calgary.
- Czech
- RKS Liblice 2 at Liblice. Two 355 metre tall guyed masts for mediumwave broadcasting 60 metre away from each other.
- France
- Tours Société Générale. Two 167 metres tall towers, Headquarters of the Société Générale.
- Germany
- Deutsche Bank Twin Towers in the famous banking district of Frankfurt.
- India
- The Imperial in Mumbai. Upon completion, will be the world's tallest twin residential tower.
- Malaysia
- Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, tallest buildings in the 20th century and currently the tallest twin towers.
- Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur, used for commercial purposes.
- Spain
- Hotel Arts and Torre Mapfre in Barcelona, Puerta de Europa in Madrid.
- Trinidad and Tobago
- Eric Williams Plaza in Port of Spain, which houses the offices of the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and the Ministry of Finance.

- Wembley Stadium in London, which had Twin Towers before being demolished in 2003.

- A nickname that was given to the basketball players Tim Duncan and David Robinson of the San Antonio Spurs, both approximately 7 feet tall and in the Spurs' starting lineup in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
- A nickname that was given to the basketball players Hakeem Olajuwon and Ralph Sampson, who played together for the Houston Rockets in the 1980s.
- A wrestling tag team in the World Wrestling Federation in the late 1980s of the wrestlers Ray Traylor and George Gray.
