There is a proposal to create a precedent that names are not encyclopedic. Articles about names regularly show up on various deletion pages and are summarily deleted. [edit] Hong Kong surname?

This is a Chinese surname shared by many...including countless who have nothing to do with Hong Kong. Why is this classified as a Hong Kong surname?--Huaiwei 11:48, 4 Apr 2005 (UTC)
