Dr. Tom Baldwin (full name Thomas Baldwin Sr.) was a fictional character on the on the popular ABC daytime soap opera, General Hospital. Dr. Tom Baldwin was the younger brother of Lee Baldwin, a prominent attorney in Port Charles.
