Toby Morland (born 27 February 1980 in Oamaru, New Zealand) is a NZ rugby union player (halfback), currently playing for the Super 14 team Highlanders. He made his debut for the Highlanders in 2004 and has been involved every year since. He was selected because of his strong performance in the Air New Zealand Cup where he played for Otago.

Since his debut for Otago in 2002 against Marlborough, Toby Morland has been a regular player for the province, at times having to battle with Chris Smylie for the starting position. Morland has played 36 matches for otago, scoring 20 points.

Morland first played for the Highlanders in 2004 against the Chiefs. Morland has been a regular back up to Jimmy Cowan throughout his super rugby career but now having played 13 matches he has scored 10 points.
