Tim Nicholls
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tim Nicholls was elected as the member for Clayfield in the Queensland State Parliament on 9 September 2006. He defeated incumbent member Liddy Clark. He is the deputy leader of the Liberals in Queensland.
Shortly after being elected to State Parliament, Nicholls was encouraged by party colleagues to stand against Bruce Flegg for the Liberal Party leadership.[1] He has not ruled challenging for the leadership during the current term of State Parliament.[2] Nevertheless, he does not at present have enough support in the eight member Liberal caucus.[3]
