I've placed the original version back in the SHB, since this is the version that has by far the most prominence and notability. Beyond being a pivotal character in decades of LSH stories, he also figured in Kingdom Come and current issues of Justice Society of America. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
