The Riddler’s Revenge is the tallest and fastest stand-up roller coaster in the world. Located at Six Flags Magic Mountain, and designed by Bolliger & Mabillard, it opened on April 4, 1998 and set stand-up coaster records for height (156 feet tall), drop (146 feet), speed (65 mph), track length (4370 feet), and the most inversions on a stand-up coasters (six). All five of these records eclipsed those of Chang, which opened at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom the year before. The Riddler’s Revenge’s inversions are, in order:

As the Riddler was an archenemy of Batman, The Riddler’s Revenge is located adjacent to Batman: The Ride, in the back of the park. The Riddler's signature question mark is featured on the coaster's logo. The area around the ride itself is modeled largely around the Riddler's lair in Batman Forever, including a gigantic model of the NygmaTech "box."

The music played on the loading platform is Ecuador (Bruce Wayne Mix) by Sash!
